kindy pictures (picture heavy)
Heading to the bus stop. I thought that I'd get teary-eyed seeing her on her first day of school but guess I was too preoccupied with taking pictures. LOL!

Waiting with Jacob until she sees friends...

Hanging out with friends at the bus stop. The 2 girls right next to her are both in 2nd grade.

The bus is here! Not sure if there's another stop between us and the school but there are probably close to 25 kids that get on at this stop if not more.

Waiting to get on the bus. Evidently kinders get on the bus first because they have to sit in the front seats. They are "small" people, you know. LOL!

Getting on the bus! My baby is going to school. *sniff*

Waiting at school to take more pictures. Don't I look cute?!?!?

Waiting to get off the bus at school.

Still waiting.....Evidently Mr. Mike was writing down their afternoon bus numbers on all of the kinders' hands.

FINALLY!

Waiting for the rest of the kinders to get off the bus.

After all the kinders got off of the bus, one of the teachers took them to the playground/courtyard area to drop them off to their designated teachers.

Hand in hand with Nikita after leaving the bus.

Mrs. D doing roll.

Excited and nervous at the same time....

Hanging out....waiting. Jacob got bored in the stroller and wanted to roam around.

Waiting for all of the class to show up. That's Mrs. D on the far left.

Heading into the classroom...

Here comes the bus!!!!! Granted it was about 20 minutes late but they said that the first week or two is usually late cause everyone is learning the routine, etc. Plus at the end of the street where they turned in is ongoing construction (new development going in).

Don't you just love the hats that they made in class today? LOL!

They will not release kinders to anyone but their parents or designated pick-up person. So all the kinders who got off the bus had to point at the person/parent before they were let off. It was funny cause Hayley kept pointing and Ms. Heidi kept asking her if she saw her parents. Finally one of the other moms waiting with us said "She's the one with the camera waiting to take pictures of her getting off the bus!" I had to laugh....

Poor Jacob's face after his stroller accident when we picked Hayley up from the bus stop. The lip swelling is much less in this picture.....
