snow day #2
Almost 2 pm and less than 5 minutes of snow so far. And stuff is still melting. Perfectly good day to go to school. LOL!

Automated phone call around 6 am this morning telling us that there would be no snow in anticipation of all the snow that is in the forecast. So far nothing. There was some snow fall during the nite but what's on the cars is melty (is that a word?).
Mr. Gregg's district has school and he's laughing at us again.
I like the phone calls but wish that they wouldn't be so early since I can't fall back to sleep after they come....

sure beats when i was a kid. first we had the phone chain (if you were lucky enough to get the call and your person didn't slack off leaving you at the bus stop for an hour in the cold/snow). then we would have to listen to the listings on the radio - my district began with a "w" so it was a looooong wait.
