Halloween 2010
Getting ready to head out with the neighbors to get candy! We were so lucky in that the weather held out. It was raining Saturday and didn't look promising for Sunday.

Paul and Marcy's house. They won the HOA golden shovel for best yard this year. Halloween is Paul's "thing" so he goes all out every year.

Jacob is fine during the day but as you can tell was scared at night (hands over his ears). Lots of things make noises either as you walk by them or if YOU make loud noises.

Stopping by Lara's house

Went thru almost 4 Costco bags of candy. TONS of kids got "bussed" in this year. And for the first time ever, I had adults who held out their bags for candy after their kids got done with theirs. Seriously???? About 10 in all. Plus 2 neighbor kids informed me that some girls ran off with quite a few of my dahlias. Next year, if the weather isn't bad, I'm camping out on my driveway to hand out candy.
And some parents need to teach their kids manners. You should say "trick or treat" and then "thank you". I had one snot point his toy gun in my face for candy. He's lucky he didn't get kicked to the curb!!!
