hummingbird

Put out the feeder a few weeks ago. Meant to do it last year but never got around to it. Evidently we have hummingbirds that are year-round inhabitants and also the ones that migrate. The first few visits were from a brownish/reddish one which I'm guessing is the "local" one. Then came this one which is what I was used to seeing in GA. I changed the solution the other day but they haven't been back since. Not sure if it was because I didn't fill it up like it is here or not. Guess I'll fill it back up to the top this next round but it's a waste since they don't drink all of it. LOL!
