beautiful day

For Mother's Day I got breakfast. Then we headed out to the bonsai garden.


















What a difference a month makes! I don't remember if this one actually had leaves on it when we were here last but it definitely did not have the flowers!


















After the bonsai garden, we went next door to the rhododendron garden. Since it was Mother's Day, I got in for free. LOL!

Lots of ferns starting to open up. Was really fascinated with them for some reason. LOL!













On the way home from lunch (What The Pho - was really good), the kids fell asleep in the car. That pretty much NEVER happens with Hayley.
