Why, you might ask?!?!? Well, last nite Jacob wanted to play with the cable remote. Seemed harmless enough (you see where this is heading, right?!?!). After mashing a couple of buttons, it wasn't changing channels or turning on/off. Called Comcast this morning and did their automated help thing. That didn't work either. Spoke with a representative who asked if we had tried switching out the batteriers, etc. Yup, did that last nite.

So now I'm off to their local branch to get a new remote. Then to head to the grocery store.
