We originally went in to the pediatrician for his allergies/sinuses/bloody noses. Ped said that it was severely congested and prescribed amoxicillin. Well, about 5 days in he started to get spots. Went back to the ped and she prescribed topical steroids. Did nothing. Went back and saw the original amoxicillin prescribing ped who said that it was a moderate to severe allergic reaction and put him on steroids. Needless to say that he won't be taking that again!
